Cary is a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and has closed numerous Short Sales.  She works with a team of experts including attorneys, mortgage brokers and appraisers.  Her team has the knowledge and experience to get the property closed in the shortest period of time and with the least possible impact on your credit.

Cary has an undergraduate degree in Communications from UNC-Chapel Hill with a focus in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution.  Prior to Real Estate, she worked in Marketing and Advertising and later as a Public Relations Director.  She also studied Interior Design and has always had a love for houses, especially for renovating distressed properties.

With Short Sales, the process is a little different.  For a regular listing, Cary employs a professional stager to prepare the home for sale at no additional cost to the seller.  She provides wide angle photos, virtual tours, color flyers, multiple websites and mailings to market the home.

Cary also enjoys working with buyers and spent her first two years in the business working solely as a buyer’s agent.
