2001 - 2008

Kurt and Sheila bought, built, renovated, rented and sold over 130 properties for their own investment.

2009

Kurt and Sheila transformed their business to a more traditional Realtor approach.  They represented over 40 buyers in their first year as traditional agents.

2010

Kurt and Sheila represented over 50 buyers and a few sellers.

2011

Kurt and Sheila recognized that the market would soon become balanced again and that sellers would be coming back into the market and thus started pursuing sellers as well as buyers.  Kurt and Sheila completed over 40 buyer transactions and 10 seller transactions.

2012

Kurt and Sheila have a more balance business.  They expect to represent 65+ buyers and sellers by the end of 2012.
